SarahCare stands out as an upscale center that is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm. This makes staff easier to recruit and retain. You will not have to worry about staffing or client issues on the weekends, nights, or holidays. SarahCare is a medical model that allows your centers to offer extra services to participants and families.
What kinds of support do we provide?
Our SarahCare team help owners with site selection, center setup, training, and much more. Support including field visits, franchise conferences, ongoing training, franchise intranet and consultative marketing efforts is also provided.
Can I open a SarahCare franchise if I don't have any healthcare experience?
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is recommended but not required. Having a business or sales background is essential to running a SarahCare center. Our SarahCare support team offers a variety of resources to assist you.
How long does it take to get a center up and running?
We predict that your SarahCare will be open for business eight to twelve months after the Franchise Agreement is signed. Keep in mind that construction, permitting and license delays can occur.
How much does it cost to open a SarahCare franchise?
For single units, the total estimated initial investment necessary to begin ranges from $379,690 to $778,700 which includes the initial franchise fee of $34,900. For multiple units, the total initial investment ranges from $1,139,070 to $2,336,100. Franchise candidates and their partners/investors must have a combined liquid capital of at least $75,000, and a combined net worth of at least $250,000 to qualify for a single unit. To qualify for a multi-unit cluster, partners/investors must have a combined net worth of at least $750,000.
What is the size of a typical SarahCare center?
A typical SarahCare center occupies 5,000 to 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
Do I have to be on site every day to manage the daily operations of my center?
No. However, you must hire a full-time Executive Director to manage your center. This Director must have the education and experience regulated by your state and funding sources.
Can I convert my existing adult day center into a SarahCare center?
Yes, at a discounted price.
